Gu comes to visit

We had the fun chance to have Grandma (aka Gu) come see us over her Spring Break. She was headed to Connecticut to see my sister "Aunt B" and so we got her at our place on her way out and when she flew back. For the short time she was here she got to enjoy coloring, reading, racing against Jackpot, and dancing to "Whenever I See Your Smiling Face" by James Taylor---which happens to be "her song" with the kids. We had a great time and can't wait for another visit!

So, I have succumbed to the pressure of having a blog! This is my attempt at keeping everyone we love posted on what is happening on Carpenter Drive. Plan on every visit to this blog to be filled with witty sayings (from the kiddos, of course), fun pictures, and all kinds of accident-filled, sidesplitting, crazy stories from yours truly....because as you know, that's what we do best in our house!
